Day 3! I saw a few new people inquire about the Warp, and heard a lot of good things about the submissions so far! So much more to come! For those wondering when I’m getting to the wolfing run: It’ll be in a few days, had some technical difficulties behind the scenes which I’m currently working on.
Submission #1: Planet Ball
An awesome first entry from CosmicSynthetics and Jesseth! Their description of it was:
A toy that gently wobbles and chimes when interacted with. Has a habit of gliding a short distance across smooth surfaces. The sound effects used in this agent are the quiet sounds of an actual object owned by Jesseth recorded and cleaned by CosmicSynthetics.
Each ball vends with randomized rotation and swap, making every one unique.
Submission #2: Nightcap Mushrooms
The conclusion of the mushroom series made by Mea, but not the last entry! The description:
: A swiftly regrowing patch of night sky colored mushrooms(they count as ‘manky’) that you never have to worry about going extinct or taking over the metaroom. The mother plant(counts as a weed) in the center of the patch will reseed the mushroom patch as it is eaten and the mushrooms will only grow next to the mother. This agent was made to provide an extra food source for toxic creatures & creatures that eat manky. There are no extra chemicals in the manky, just the default stims. The Nightcap mushrooms require the Garden Box, but if there is interest, a standalone version can be made.
And the conclusion of the written story:
The young shee enjoyed her garden for a while longer before returning to her lab again. “Hmm… I’ve made mushrooms that look like the dusk skies, what else could I make these pretty mushrooms look like?” She pondered. Sitting down in her lab, she started working again. Using the scarlet mushrooms and the duskcap mushrooms as a base, she started experimenting again. She made many new colors of mushroom, but most of them did not please her, until she got one mushroom that was as dark as the night. The large cap was blue and purple around the edges, but in the center of the cap it was as dark as deep space. Tiny little white scales covered the cap like tiny stars, making the mushroom look like someone had managed to capture a piece of the night sky and make it solid. Her eyes glittered as she looked at her newest creation with pleased amazement. “Oooh…. So beautiful…. If someone eats this, will it be like eating a piece of the sky?” She giggled. “But why does it smell like wine? Did it ferment?” She looked at the data on her computer in puzzlement and saw that this mushroom did indeed contain alcohol. She couldn’t help but giggle. “An accidental pun…. a drink before bed is called a nightcap isn’t it? And the caps of these mushrooms look like a piece of the night sky…. So Nightcaps is what I shall call them! I wasn’t trying to make mushrooms that would make someone drunk, but somehow, it is fitting for how they look.” She smiled as she took her newest mushroom outside to plant it in her garden.
Thanks for those Mea!
