The Equals Norns v3

A gene tailored Norn variant by Frimlin which has modified genes.

Actual Changes to Genes include:

0) Male Forest Norn as base genome.
1) Changed the Mating & Courting instincts for both genders,
   rather than just for male only.
2) The Sex Drive emitter has a longer sample rate but gives
   a larger gain.
3) Less pigment genes & a differently group apperance genes.

To start with I used the genome of Sid, the orignal Male Forest
Norn by Sandra Linkletter. I changed some sex-linked genes
so that both males and females can initiate mating, rather than
the male only in the original genetics.  I fiddled with the
Sex Drive chemical emitters and made it so it takes these norns
longer to get amorous, but when they do - they sure do! :)
Also I fiddled with the pigment genes, making less of them
and also changed the indexing of the appearance genes.

Expect a version 4 of the Equals Norns soon, as now I understand
more about the C1 Genome and know more about what the heck
I am doing !!! hehehe
