Placeable, animated water fountains for your thirsty creatures. If you've been looking for a simple drinking water COB, and found nothing but alchohol and miracle cures, then this should come as a welcome gift.
Norns activating this will get a dose of Water and Thirst Decrease, and nothing else. Ahh, water... Nectar of the gods!
